About the Role

Join KlusAI as a Senior IT Project Manager supporting our client Nobix, a leading SaaS organization in Germany. This is a technical-first role where you'll lead complex IT projects, migrations, and infrastructure initiatives while directly supporting the CIO.

You'll manage end-to-end IT projects involving Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and enterprise-wide system implementations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic project leadership, requiring both deep technical knowledge and strong stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, can independently drive projects from conception to delivery, and communicates fluently in German with business stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver complex IT projects and migration initiatives from planning through implementation
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments across the enterprise
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and collaborate with business departments to align IT solutions with organizational goals
  • Resolve complex technical escalations and provide sustainable solutions for critical system disruptions
  • Manage relationships with external service providers and software vendors to ensure quality delivery
  • Design and implement digital business processes and software solutions that drive operational efficiency
  • Organize system rollouts, testing activities, and end-user training programs to ensure successful adoption

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in enterprise environments
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory administration
  • Proven experience with virtualization technologies, network infrastructure, and firewall systems
  • Demonstrated ability to independently plan, execute, and deliver complex IT initiatives
  • Fluent German (C1 level minimum) and English proficiency for business communication
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of IT security principles, frameworks, and technologies
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or ServiceNow PPM
  • Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum)
  • Background in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives
